Beginning this week, contractors working for Campus Bay will begin grading an existing stockpile of non-hazardous soil to level an area to prevent ponding on the Campus Bay site. This work is expected to be completed by the end of this week.
Contractors will implement dust control and stormwater pollution prevention measures during the activities. The work is approved by and will be overseen by the State of California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). For more information, see the DTSC Notice on this Time Critical Removal Action.
