A draft Feasibility Study and Removal Action Plan (FS/RAP) to address remediation planned in Lot 1, Lot 2, and Upland Portion of Lot 3 (currently scheduled for implementation in 2019 and 2020) was published on July 8, 2018. The public comment period for the Lot 1, Lot 2, and Upland portion of Lot 3 was extended to September 10, 2018. A Public Meeting was held at the Richmond Field Station on July 26th, 2018.
On October 25, 2019 DTSC "determined the FS/RAP with the Recommended Alternative 3A satisfactorily addresses all applicable state and federal statutes." Additional modifications are specified in the DTSC letter(PDF file).
