Final Richmond Bay Campus (RBC) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Available

Hello,
This email is to inform you that the University of California has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Report for the Richmond Bay Campus 2014 proposed Long Range Development Plan.

The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been submitted to the University of California Board of Regents for consideration at the upcoming Regents meeting to be held in Sacramento on May 14 and 15. At this meeting, The Board of Regents will decide whether to adopt the Richmond Bay Campus Long Range Development Plan and certify the Environmental Impact Report.

The Notice of Availability, Final EIR, the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program, and all of the Final EIR appendices are available for viewing by agencies and the public. 

In addition, the following documents are also available: the final draft Long Range Development Plan; the proposed Physical Design Framework; the draft Removal Action Workplan; and the Joint Statement of Commitment to Strengthen Community Partnerships between UC Berkeley, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the Richmond Community, signed by UC Berkeley Chancellor Nicolas Dirks and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Director Paul Alivisatos.
